“I love working with artists like John Hogan; he encourages his work to be shown from a different perspective. I shot this promotional series for John’s site with the help of stylist and art director Ashley Helvey. The unique quality of John’s work is ideal for experimenting with light and color. His process creates a refraction that changes with every angle, and we focused on playing that up. I used colored cards to reflect into his pieces, creating a subtle, yet remarkable effect.”
